About Cynthia

I consider environmental professionals our greatest human resource. It's my honor to empower them to maximize their success, confidence, satisfaction, well-being and quality of life. I share powerful neuroscience-backed tools for lowering stress, cultivating calm, and preventing burnout, while increasing joy, peace and happiness. My superpower is helping people feel safe to open up and share their truth. I call my clients forward to what is possible for them in a gentle and compassionate way.

My coaching methodology along with my background as a licensed psychotherapist allows me to help people transcend the fears that inhibit them from their deepest desires and full potential. I have learned from some of the greatest minds in the fields of psychology and coaching. I've been helping people achieve their personal and professional goals since 2007.

I created the forthcoming book, The Ultimate Life Purpose Workbook, which helps individuals clarify and achieve their calling. I live with my husband of nearly 30 years in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California. Climate change touched us personally when we were evacuated from the 2020 wildfires (fortunately, our home was spared).

Other Things You Might Like to Know About Me

I’ve learned that no matter how impossible something seems, we never know until we try.

When I get to the end of my life, I want to high-five the angels. (I borrowed that from Oprah.)

I tend to have a very calming effect on people; a colleague once described me as having a quiet power and presence.

When I was a kid I wanted to be a surgeon like my dad. Instead, I ended up helping people transform in a different way. Imagine my surprise when I learned that my first office had long ago been the operating room of a hospital!

I tend to be reserved, but not on the dance floor (even if I'm the only one on it).

As a teenager, I fantasized about how many books I could read if I was in solitary confinement. Fortunately, that didn’t lead to any criminal behavior. I’m still a voracious reader of psychology, spirituality, memoir, and all things coaching.
